because they respond are high information people and low arithmetic.
Talking is avenue for relating.
Ec and Ic - high Information means for I continues to work and relate in
outside world. Ec has overcome environmental responsiveness is showing us via
high Information that he is a contact i\ (tape says E bar).
Note: Older PAS documentation uses e which Mike calls
"E bar" for compensated and modified (Ecc). Because underlines are hard to see
in HTML links, newer PAS materials use "e\".
An Ecc will tell you they are an "I". They have "changed sides".
R/F contact is Comprehension test - test of conventionality.
High Comprehension means contact R. (tape says basic R - should say contact R).
Fu with high Comprehension is Fuc (r').
A/U contact is Object Assembly test. With Au, look for OA going down.
Measures individual's concern for others (in social sense). With Au, hope
low OA because that means person is not exploiting Au but controlling it.
Auc (low OA). Contact u'. Auu (high OA). Contact a.
Both Auu and Auc are capable of manipulation - using skills to own
advantage. Auc can use them, but more likely to be intentional to get job
done - maybe meet sales manager pressure. Auc can be good employee,
their resources at your control.
Uu with high OA - has not acquired social skills and does not care
about it. May be effective interpersonally (e.g. IR) by treating people as
objects. Uuu = u. Uu with low OA does not have social skills but is
apprehensive - in social situation wall flower, cautious - let the world come
to me. Reserved diffident and withdrawn.
Uc (a*) with low OA (Ucc) acts a bit like Auc so does not exploit
social skill and reverts to be a bit more cautious, diffident and reserved.
Ucu (high OA) is contact a (a\) has moved away from primitive U -
not only comfortable socially but maybe over confident. We are concerned for
over confident with Ucu.
