ERU
More interested in imitating(R) than exploring but E part is interested
in finding new things to show off the world.

So (U) if find something that works, I'm going to work it.

Early physical achievers. Can handle monotonous practice.

Vulnerabilities of ERU:
Because of E-U, when get attention based on skill it is an oasis in desert
  in the extreme. Thus issue of trust is slowly learned. 
  e.g. ERU only child (and wanted for years) will be a star in the family
  Trust is difficult for ERU - trust on basis of need which makes vulnerable
    vulnerable to ridicule. 
    Practical joke on ERA laughs even if does not enjoy it, ERU is devastated

ERU adults use doing so find engineers, technicians, scientists
  Many ERU mechanics

ERA can smile way out of anything
ERU must work his way out

EFA
Holistic viewpoint - not so focused on details

EF doer but in trial and error experimental way looking for more aspect
  of the big pictures. Curiosity about the world.
  E is transactional - need to know to have something to think about
    F easily bored. Thus EF very curious, ask questions. 
    A gets away with it.
  F more emotional orientation than R. More vulnerable to emotional attack.
    ER shows emotional
    EFA sensual quality - cuddler. "never met a stranger"
    Often "spoiled" - cute
    ERA imitates social behavior but not understand
    EFA learns social behavior and understands it - maybe slower than R
    Learns to say "NO" even though seldom hears it

  EFA easier for girl in US culture - more tolerated 

  In some sense "R" is tomboy in older sense of word

  Curiosity, ingenuity, exploring

  Difficulties: Do not have much frustration tolerance - don't hear enough "NO"

  For boys much of 20th century, EFA considered "sissy" behavior

  EFA over-reactive, over involving, don't pretend to get what want - very
    straightforward

  EFA vs. ERA- scattered,trial and error vs focused, conforming

  (vulnerability of ERA is perseveration)

EFU
  IQ score for an EFU may underestimate
  Still EF - but with U don't "get away with it"
   Not happy people don't pay attention. ERU does not understand feedback
    "go away".EFU does understand and it hurts (i.e. vulnerable to social pain).
    Subtle child: transacts, pays attention, explores, curious(doing kind),
      but gets ignored. Don't have to be harsh with EFU for it to be painful.
       Raised eyebrow to EFU can be as painful as slammed door to EFA

  An affection oriented nature. Cuddlers like EFA but don't always get it.

  In same was as ERU finds that doing things people will pay attention,
  so also EFU. But EFU does EF kinds of things: helping, interpersonal things,
    looks for things others need.
  EFU can be conflicted: If I were not so good at helping, you would not like me
     so a caution in EFU.
     Can "read tea leaves" and don't want hurt.
  EFU can be envious and emotionally over react
  Strength: understand people better than any other orientation.
     Participant observers.

  EFU harder for males.
