NL can be above IQ - personality has more of interference effect than an
  enhancing effect.

Will use ERA as example of showing all the basics

Outgoing, doer, transactor, needs emotional support from environment,
   do to have substance for thinking, procedurally organized,
   procedural, learns by imitation, able to focus- pursue same activity 
   without getting bore, not a big picture person,
   socially attractive (learned appropriate social behavior)

Ic Fc+ A-c NL 13
ERU   TOUGHEST of the primitive. Demand for attention
   turns to achievement
Reaction formation to IFA
This is a person who can be blunt even obtuse. Someone with a mission Fc+
  Don't want people who are bleeding hearts
  Ac also hostile
  Fc Ac "not a nice man'
  Ic determine extrovert so will not keep it in his head
   
This makes sense for a male in a "macho" culture - can't have feelings
  and achievement. 
  Quasi-military environment 
  Fc+ is hurt/angry/resentful - not even a boot camp culture will make Fc+
           (abuse likely)
  "bright abused angry, I'm going to get even, no will get to me again."
  "best defense is a good offense"
  Aggressive stance towards to world
  Could be mercenary
  (just theoretical - never seen one of these)

  55 years old female
  Basic i f a*+)
  Lot of tolerance for primitive except for social
  IFU: schizoid - inside her head and allowed to do it. Not rote learner
    but still not acquire intellectual discipline or procedural ability but
    strongly learned social skill. So was allowed to stay Iu Fu.
    Fu/Uc+ understands. Did not acquire procedural cap,instead acquired
      role playing . Know when to keep mouth shut. Enhanced social stimulus
      value and was allowed to stay Iu Fu.
    Fu Uc+ understands what is going on.  
    IRA learns social roles by rote
    Inside head (maybe creatively) maybe being shared appropriately
    Learned your "silly games" - but I won't really be involved as long as
      you take care of me. (Took a long time to learn them because not
        imitative R)
  "meal ticket"is a+ 
  Socially more adept than many IFUs will be.
  (Note we don't have contact which a 55 year old has)

Prim IFA, lots of mental horsepower
A reaction formation "sort of" - very determined extrovert. People will say
  he is a real extrovert.
  Ao - achieving a lot of the time with mixed feelings
  Fo - doing organized things a lot of the time with mixed feelings
Well educated or under educated
Fo and Ao may be a bit abrupt at times with people but not likely to
  be sadistic, brutal.
Expect high powered achiever but ambivalence
How did this come about?(Don't know surface - can assume with high likelihood
  Icc Foc) Because he wanted to or others wanted to took the hard driving
  achievement route and not fully happy about it. See lots of
  executives like this - have not reached top and not sure if worth it.
Might get the IF philosophical musings on nature of life
Lots of intellectual resources - read a lot when no one is looking
H or H+ much more difficult to deal with - a lot of that energy is in his own
 head.
Could be blunt, tenacious, stubborn about what he thinks is right. Not
  moralistic cause R.

at basic level the A+u+ stands out.
She is certainly socially reactive, socially versatile lady who has no 
  brakes at all put on it.
Main observed behavior is social success
IRA - had little investment in all those people who came to her
 Io still not a lot of emotional investment
 Good learned F - not exploitive even though IRA. Not hostile or insensitive
 I x A can be "go away, I don't need you"
 This one will appear to be involved but its an act
Not a good listener - fakes it well. And concerned about not hurting feelings.
Able to socially exploit - nothing here that says she won't exploit    
   people 
Really would like to see surface on I and A+
Some ambivalence on I - not as interested in people as she appears to be

Degree of self discipline. Good intellectual discipline.
Kid: E+ Ru - hyperactive, not insightful in why driving people crazy
  learned to get attention from being smart - learned by rote.
  Learned to keep quiet and learn.
  Could be salesman - interacts.
  Ru absolute points of view. Knows how to do it and knows right.
    Good at what I do and everyone else knows I'm good at it.
  Achievement in organized focused area
    In areas where not asked too much social reactivity
  Tolerance for doing same thing over and over (Ru)
    Chief engineer on oil rig: technical, specialized, not wide range
  Foreman? Likely under-utilized as NL14.
