B3. Lack Perspective: Low Similarities (A+, I+, S-, C+).

These folk lack the perspective oftheir S+ colleagues, are more brittle, more demanding, more punishing toward their colleagues or followers. They are more insistent on the letter of the law, than the spirit. As lower echelon leaders, then can be counted on to "get the job done," with a vengeance if necessary.
