John Gittinger PAS Seminar

This extensive series consistes of lectures by John Gittinger with minimal commentary/questions from the audience. It thus serves as a comprehensive course on the PAS by John Gittinger. Times are approximate.

Transcripts are available to accompany most of these tapes. Links to the transcripts follow the list of tapes.

Note: There are tapes numbered higher than the transcripts. The transcripts are scans of original typed text and contain editing marks etc.

Notes on transcripts:

• The transcript of tape 1 is incomplete.
• There are some instances of missing pages in the transcripts.
• The transcripts can be read as a standalone book without listening to the audio. They are transcripts of spoken material so at times have incomplete sentences and halted thoughts and so forth. Yet they provide an excellent, conversational more than academic, presentation of the PAS by its inventor. There are many insights in this material, especially specific examples of applications of the PAS, that are not written down elsewhere.
• In addition to the PDF files with the full transcripts, there are notes. The purpose of the notes is quickly assess what is in each tape. After each note has the page number in the actual transcript from which the note is derived.
• At the end is a link to a transcript of a lecture on "XYZ" states for which there is no audio.
• The link below displays a page of the seminar notes for all lectures in one page - the purpose of this is to allow a text search. For example, if you want to see any notes related to "drunk", search for that word.
